The solutions provided by The Kelsey Group’s Continuous Advisory Services (CAS) are based on expert analysis of emerging trends, evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data, and experience. For a fixed annual fee, Kelsey Group CAS clients receive:

Client Orientation
Kelsey Group deliverables begin with a thorough client orientation. After completing a Client Orientation Questionnaire, the CAS program directors and research analysts hold a conference call with you and your team to determine your challenges and priorities. During this initial meeting, your organization will discover how it can best utilize the resources available only through The Kelsey Group and lay the foundation for a knowledgeable research and advisory relationship.

Personal Consulting and Client Inquiry Services
As a full advisory services client, you have direct access to our analysts, who will provide you with specific analysis and recommendations based on your particular needs. Your CAS offers several options, including hands-on consulting, scheduled strategic/tactical telephone or in-person research inquiries and conferences with Kelsey Group analysts.

Database and Digital File Drawer™ Access
The Kelsey Group will also provide four designated users with IDs and passwords for Web site access to your CAS program materials and data. The Kelsey Group database contains proprietary documents and research materials. You also have access to our Digital File Drawer™, featuring a growing library of data, key industry metrics and other quantitative information responsive to some of the most frequently asked client inquiries.

Published Materials
You will receive in-depth White Papers, timely and topical Advisories, and the twice-monthly Local Media Journal™. Additionally, you will receive the eContext™ electronic newsletter and numerous “must-have” industry insights and research. Unlike other advisory services and publications, unlimited internal distribution is permitted for Advisories and White Papers.

Proprietary Research
The Kelsey Group continues to break new ground in developing quantitative research that assists clients in making critical, strategic marketing and tactical sales decisions. Since 1999, The Kelsey Group, in conjunction with ConStat, Inc., has surveyed nearly 4,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) about the use of local media and new technologies. Conferences and Networking
Your company will receive one complimentary registration each year for the program conference. Since 1988, The Kelsey Group has sponsored more than 60 conferences. In addition, everyone at your company is entitled to additional Kelsey conference registrations at a discounted client rate.

Consulting Assignments
Kelsey Group CAS clients pay up to 40% less than non-clients for consulting assignments. Larger projects are priced at a lower cost per day. The Kelsey Group has conducted consulting assignments that were as brief as a single day and as long as a year.
