LOCAL COMMERCE MONITORsm (LCM)

Conducted in conjunction with ConStat, Inc., the LCM examines the dynamics of the local commerce arena, with emphasis on the adoption and use of new technologies, including Internet, broadband and wireless platforms and applications.
