Q. Do I need a new user ID and password?

A. You do not need a new user ID and password. On the upper right corner of the new home page, simply log in with the same user ID and password you have always used. You may also log in by clicking on the green “For Our Clients” box in the center of the home page.

 

Q. What is MyKelsey?

A. MyKelsey is the customizable section of our Web site where clients can access the content to which they subscribe, including research and analysis from our Continuous Advisory Services (The Kelsey Report® and Interactive Local Media) and Local Media Journal™. By clicking on SETUP in the upper right corner of the MyKelsey page, you can specify content settings for your very own client landing page. This will be your primary access point for all Research & Analysis content - White Papers, Advisories, Global Yellow Pages™ and Local Media Journal™.

 

Q. How do I get to the MyKelsey page?

A. MyKelsey is accessible to Kelsey Group Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers. Simply log in from the upper right corner login box or click on the green “For Our Clients” box in the center of the home page.

 

Q. Where can I find the latest Kelsey Group Research & Analysis?

A. From the home page, Web site visitors can click on titles of the latest White Papers and Advisories from The Kelsey Report® and Interactive Local Media Continuous Advisory Services (CAS). CAS clients can access the complete reports from their MyKelsey page after logging in.

 

Q. Where is Local Media Blog?

A. Point your mouse to Blog in the black navigation bar near the top of the KelseyGroup.com home page, and click on Local Media Blog in the drop down menu. You may also access the most current blog posts through direct links located on the right side of the home page. In addition, Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers can access the most current blog posts from their MyKelsey page.

 

Q. What is Global Yellow Pages Blog?

A. The Global Yellow Pages Blog is our new Yellow Pages focused blog. Previously Yellow Pages and interactive local media blog posts were combined in one blog—Local Media Blog. From now on, interactive local media blog posts can be read on Local Media Blog and Yellow Pages blog post can be read on Global Yellow Pages Blog.

Q. What is a Client Inquiry Brief?

A. Client Inquiry Briefs are a new form of content that can be accessed by Continuous Advisory Services clients from the MyKelsey page. As the name implies, these are brief documents that offer quick access to interesting and frequently requested data. They can be found in the same area of the MyKelsey page as the Digital File Drawer.

 

Q. How do I customize my settings?

A. You may customize your MyKelsey settings by clicking on SETUP in the upper right corner of the MyKelsey page.

 

Q. What are Search Alerts?

A. Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers can pre-set search terms (keywords, company names, etc.) to dynamically generate relevant content on their MyKelsey page. Whenever new content is posted that fits your pre-defined search criteria, the document or Web page will appear dynamically in your Search Alerts.

 

Q. What are Favorites?

A. Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers can flag White Papers, Advisories and issues of LMJ that they will want to reference frequently. Simply click on the “Add to Favorites” link next to a White Paper, Advisory or LMJ issue to automatically add it to your Favorites. Your Favorites will always appear on your MyKelsey page, so you won't have to search for the same document over and over again.

 

Q. Where is the Digital File Drawer?

A. The Digital File Drawer is located on the MyKelsey page, which is accessible after login by Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers. The Digital File Drawer has been combined with our new Client Inquiry Briefs.

 

Q. Where is Local Media Journal™?

A. Local Media Journal™ is located in the lower left section of the MyKelsey page, which is accessible after login by Continuous Advisory Services clients and Local Media Journal™ subscribers.

 

Q. How do I access Global Yellow Pages™ 2005?

A. Continuous Advisory Services (CAS) clients who purchased Global Yellow Pages™ 2005 will be able to access the report from their MyKelsey page. Purchasers of Global Yellow Pages™ 2005 who are not CAS clients, can access the report online by logging in from the upper right corner of the KelseyGroup.com home page, or by clicking on the green “For Our Clients” box in the center of the home page.

 

Q. Where is eContext™?

A. Point your mouse to Products & Services in the main navigation bar on any page of the Web site, and click on eContext in the drop down menu.

 

Q. Where can I find contact information for Kelsey Group analysts?

A. Point your mouse to About Us in the main navigation bar on any page of the Web site, and click on Analysts in the drop down menu.
